Shipping policy

Domestic shipping 

Orders over HK$300  are qualified FREE domestic shipping in Hong Kong. For ready to go products, please allow 5-7 days for products to arrive. We use local courier for domestic delivery. 

Orders under HK$300, shipping fee will be added according to weight.

For custom made order, please allow 7-21 days for your order to arrive. Some custom made order can take even longer, please refer to the processing time of each order.

International shipping 

For international shipping, please contact us at hello@lovelessknots for shipping cost. Shipping cost are based on your country, weight of order, and the shipping method available in your location. Shipping time may varies due to countries.
